A. Additional participants are constantly being added to the Monadelphous Benefits Program. As businesses are added, you will be able to find them when conducting a search. Recent additions and additional special offers are listed on the "Bonus Offers" page of the website.

Q. I know of a great business that I would like to see added to the Monadelphous Benefits Program, how can I have it included?
A. Fantastic, we are always looking to grow and improve the program for Members! Contact us to let us know about the businesses and we will see if we can include them in Frequent Values™.

Q. Who should I contact if I have had a problem when using my Monadelphous Benefits Membership at one of the participating establishments?
A. All businesses that are listed on the Monadelphous Benefits website will accept your card. Very occasionally there may be a problem. If this is the case, contact us to let us know about it. We will work to rectify any issues as quickly as possible for you.
